...Will be the title of the next cd and digital release from John Eye. It is a collection of original songs and re-mixes by John Eye and renowned East Coast producers and Dj's.
Based originally on the rock track 'song of cannonicus' John Eye and Gene Dante re-envisioned the arrangement into a more modern perspective 'cannonicus sun dance' which includes excerpts of John Eye performing the traditional Lakota Sioux Sun Dance song. Herschel Smith Jr. directed and shot a video for this song and is currently editing the footage at Green Imaging.
There will be eight to nine tracks on the cd including the original rock version, the video version, the full Lakota Sioux Sun Dance song by John Eye, and re-mixes by Dj Osheen, Basil Simon, Bill T Miller, and John Eye.
